The Housing Trust Fund (HTF) provides grants to support the production and preservation of affordable housing for extremely low- and very low-income households. Funds can be used for rental housing, homeownership, and administrative or planning costs. HTF grants may be utilized for acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, or rehabilitating affordable housing with appropriate amenities. All housing supported by HTF must meet a minimum affordability requirement of 30 years.
