USDA RD 504 Loan

504 Housing (Renovation) Program

The Mortgage and Credit Division assists the USDA-RD with the application processing for the Section 504 Housing Program. The program assists families and individuals with loans up to the maximum amount of $7,500.00. This loan program has a fixed interest rate of 1% and the maximum loan repayment is 20 years. The program allows families and individuals to make home repair and renovations to improve or modernize their home, and make it safe or sanitary, remove health and safety hazards, or make it accessible to residents with physical disabilities.
